Our Mission
Team 9111 Pyro Mechanics strives to empower students to gain self-confidence and become leaders, collaborators, and critical thinkers in STEM. We do this by building a student-led, mentor-drive environment that fosters innovation and teaches interpersonal and technical skills. Team 9111 also fosters a culture of STEM celebration in our community by developing local partnerships and participating in community outreach. We celebrate and embrace diversity by following FIRST’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion core values.

Community Outreach
Pyro Mechanics strives to spread our love of STEM in our community. We work closely with local businesses to create opportunities for kids to learn about robotics. We have hosted a Family Robotics Day and a week long summer camp for elementary school kids.
